Primary Purpose: As a Pre-hung Door Assembler, your primary responsibility is to assemble pre-hung doors to our high-quality standards, ensuring they meet our customers' expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Door Assembly: Skillfully assemble pre-hung doors according to our high-quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every step of the process.
• Order Preparation: Prepare orders for the next day's production, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for assembly.
• Product Receiving: Assist in unloading and receiving products from suppliers, verifying their quality and quantity.
• Additional Duties: Willingness to perform other duties as needed, with proper training provided, to support the overall production process.
• Forklift Operation: Obtain forklift certification (training and testing provided) to safely handle materials and assist in various tasks as required.

Important Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Maintain basic housekeeping standards in the production area to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in tasks or assignments and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Hand Tool Proficiency: Ability to effectively use basic hand tools required for door assembly.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information and collaborate with team members.
• Time Management: Capable of managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly and productively.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable engaging with team members and collaborating as equals to achieve common goals.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the stamina and focus to consistently perform outstanding work.
• Initiative: Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate leadership by showing others how tasks should be performed.
• Reliability: Disciplined to show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and avoid procrastination or safety risks.
• Pressure Handling: Maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Safety Focus: Prioritize safety at all times and demonstrate a strong commitment to being a team player in maintaining a safe work environment.

Strongly Preferred:

• Production Experience: Prior experience in a production facility or finish carpentry is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to facilitate communication and documentation tasks.
