Early Careers Program – Summer 2026 Comfort Systems USA is currently searching for multiple interns to participate in its Early Careers Program for the Summer of 2026. The program is an 8‑week summer initiative designed to provide real‑world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field. It offers opportunities across Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, IT, and many more. Intern Job Responsibilities Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating with department members, sharing information, utilizing the innovations of others, participating in group decision processes, and accepting additional assignments as appropriate. Be highly self‑sufficient and capable of making self‑directed decisions while supporting other team members in the department. Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business. Accept designated, business‑focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship. Intern Qualifications / Skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that requires prioritization of tasks and multitasking. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to work well with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
