Project Manager
Augustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced, self-starting Project Manager to serve as a part of the Company's Government Program team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.
The Project Manager provides programmatic and system operational support to PEO IEW&S in support of high priority exercises and demonstrations. The Program Specialist will:
- Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership
- Conduct forums with senior leaders to independently review program technologies
- Create project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines
- Identifying and finding solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or supplier delays
- Develop strategic plans for project execution and delivery, taking into account project scope, resources, timelines, and other constraints.
- Manage and lead project teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their work aligns with project plans and specifications.
