In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssist with feeding and hydration as neededTake and document vital signsAssist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioningObserve residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staffMaintain accurate documentation of care providedPromote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-beingMaintain a safe and clean environment for residentsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and team membersWork collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional careMust be 18 years of age or olderCurrent South Carolina CNA certification in good standingExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredCompassion for an underserved populationStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable, professional, and resident-focusedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
