Business Services Specialist – Lombard, IL $22/hour - $25/hour – Plus full benefits We are a mid-sized regional food manufacturing and distribution company dedicated to producing nutritious foods and better-for-you snacks that support healthy lifestyles. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to upper management, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and handling confidential correspondence Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and delivery confirmations Maintain digital and physical filing systems for compliance, food safety documentation, and vendor contracts Respond to vendor and client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution or escalation Assist with data entry and weekly production reporting for senior leadership Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment with approved vendors Qualifications: Bachelors Degree OR 6 months’ experience in a similar administrative/office role Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented, accurate, efficient Excellent written and verbal communication skills Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Lombard, IL, is hiring a Business Services Specialist. #J-18808-Ljbffr Corporate Resources of Illinois
