This company is developing machines that can autonomously think, order parts, and schedule service, significantly enhancing operational efficiency in manufacturing and logistics.

What You Will Do

Design and implement robust hardware systems that integrate with AI technologies for predictive maintenance.
Develop software in C/C++, Python, Go, or Rust to optimize hardware performance and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware components to meet industry standards.
Analyze system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in product design and functionality.
Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and support.

Ideal Candidate Background

5+ years of experience in hardware engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Go, or Rust.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for hardware-software integration.
Strong understanding of hardware design principles and manufacturing processes.

Preferred

Experience in the AI or machine learning domain, particularly in applications related to hardware.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and autonomous systems.
Background in logistics or financial services industries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $250K, commensurate with experience. The company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and innovation.
