Payroll Operations Lead — UKG Expert, Multi-State

FlexTek is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-state payroll operation in a large organization. You will own end-to-end payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, validate payroll, and lead the payroll team in a complex, deadline-driven environment. You will partner with HR, HRIS, and Finance, leverage UKG for processing and analytics, and drive process improvements while coaching staff to strengthen controls and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr FlexTek
