Talent Acquisition Manager

They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape who joins that community next. The Opportunity You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer, the Director of People Operations, and senior leaders across the organization as a trusted partner on their most important hires. Your focus will be exempt and leadership searches, and your influence will reach further, from how the organization presents itself to the market to how it develops and promotes the talent already on its team. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and leadership roles, partnering with the Chief People Officer, the Director of People Operations, and senior leaders to understand what each role truly needs. Tell the organization's story on LinkedIn, building an employer brand that makes strong candidates want to be part of what's happening here. Help shape internal development and promotion strategy, so great people can grow their careers without leaving. Manage a varied portfolio of typically 5 to 6 open roles, rising to 8 to 10 during peak seasons, across exempt, hourly, and seasonal hiring. Work hand in hand with the Resourcing Manager, who leads high-volume hiring and phone screening, to keep the full pipeline moving. Track activity and report on outcomes through the applicant tracking system, turning data into insight for leadership. What You'll Bring Experience recruiting across exempt, hourly, and seasonal roles. Backgrounds in hospitality, tourism, attractions, cultural institutions, or nonprofits are especially relevant. A reputation for building genuine relationships with hiring leaders and candidates, and the judgment that earns their trust. Confidence partnering with senior leaders on leadership-level searches. Curiosity and energy for change, and the range to recruit for a horticulturist on Monday and a finance leader on Thursday.
