Salary: $176,000 - $224,000 Base (OTE: $220,000 - $280,000 + Equity)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Field Engineer (Enterprise) to partner with enterprise customers and deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive successful AI implementations from discovery through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and scope proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.

• Build and deploy AI solutions within customer environments.

• Guide customers on model selection, LLM fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.

• Conduct load testing, benchmarking, and performance optimization.

• Work closely with engineering teams to provide customer feedback and improve products.

• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, technical teams, and executives throughout the deployment lifecycle.

• Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex AI infrastructure challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing AI/ML engineering experience.

• Experience deploying production AI or machine learning solutions in customer environments.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with open-source LLM inference frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM .

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning methodologies including SFT (DPO/RFT is a plus).

• Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI model deployment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.

• Background in AI infrastructure, MLOps, or developer tooling.

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced AI environments.

• Pre-sales, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineering experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $176,000 - $224,000

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000 - $280,000
