Virtual cards allow you to spend when you don't have your physical card and to shop online without giving merchants your actual card number. You'll be a key driver of business growth, responsible for growing first-time user conversion and monthly active users.** **You will own the holistic virtual card experience for our primary self-servicing channel on web and mobile. This includes everything from the technology and user experience to go-to-market strategies, as well as integrating virtual cards into onboarding, key product launches, and marketing content.** **As a Product Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing product team, establishing and implementing a strategic roadmap to achieve key business outcomes, and introducing new tactics to optimize existing growth mechanisms and levers. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
