Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $38-$46 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; occasional overtime and bi-monthly on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• NATE installation certification is a plus

What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company quality standards
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
• Install ductwork and HVAC system components
• Test and balance systems for proper performance
• Maintain strong safety and workmanship standards
• Help train and supervise other installers
• Complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
