Regional Director of Sales

Our client is a leading provider of insulation and building envelope solutions for commercial and residential construction projects. They are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead their Denver/Albuquerque sales team. What You’ll Do Drive regional revenue growth aligned with margin expectations and operational capacity Maintain discipline around pricing, bid strategy, and backlog quality Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and sales personnel across the region Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibilityCollaborate with the Regional Operations Director to align backlog with production capacity Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities Support acquisition integration by aligning customer relationships and sales processes Ensure consistent sales practices and standards across branches Hold sales team accountable for performance, activity, and results What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED Prior sales experience required. Experience with sales in the construction industry preferred Leadership or construction management/project management experience preferred Demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong sales and customer service skills, as well as showing initiative, being goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal communication and motivational skills and the ability to effectively read, speak and write the English language Demonstrate attention to detail and creativity in assisting customers. Must be resourceful and able to network to provide complete customer satisfaction Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure are required. Blueprint/spec’s reading ability is helpful, but not necessary Basic computer skills including the use of e-mail, calendar for scheduling and design software Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bridger Group
