Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and key performance indicators within the Treasures segment.
- Drive the acquisition of new high-net-worth clients and deepen existing relationships through the delivery of holistic wealth management solutions.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance monitoring to enhance team productivity and advisory capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence of the team to all regulatory requirements, internal bank policies, compliance standards, and ethical codes of conduct.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment strategists, and support units to deliver a seamless and superior customer experience.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement risk management practices to safeguard client assets and the bank's reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in wealth management and relationship management within the consumer banking sector, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build trust with affluent clients.
- Relevant professional financial advisory and regulatory certifications.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
