Job Summary (Speech-Language Pathologist Pediatric Outpatient, Porter, TX)
- Provide speech-language therapy services to children (birth-21) in a modern outpatient facility
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Treat a range of communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders, including:
- Communication disorders (speech/language delays, apraxia, articulation deficits, hearing loss, aphasia)
- Feeding and swallowing disorders (dysphagia, tongue-tie, oral motor planning deficits)
- ASD and sensory processing disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP) on patient care, evaluations, and treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR/IEP online systems
- Opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules; flexible compensation packages (hourly, per visit/unit, W-2 or 1099)
- Supervision and mentorship available for Clinical Fellows (CFY); new graduates encouraged to apply
- Participate in ongoing professional development, with CEU and licensure reimbursement
- Competitive salary ($70,000 $85,000/year DOE; $65,000 $70,000 for CFY)
