Part-Time | $17–$21/hour | Weekend & Potential Weekday Evening Shifts
Looking for an opportunity to take ownership of operations at one of Kansas City's premier sports facilities?
Apex Sports Hub is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Weekend Operations Lead to help keep our facility running smoothly and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sports, works well independently, takes initiative, and is comfortable being responsible for facility operations during their shift.
What You'll Do:
-Oversee day-to-day facility and front desk operations during assigned shifts.
-Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and provide outstanding customer service.
-Handle court and facility reservations, bookings, and scheduling.
-Process payments and manage customer transactions.
-Respond to guest questions, concerns, and operational needs.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
-Independently manage facility operations when working solo.
-Proactively identify and address issues to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
-Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
-Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
-Previous customer service or sports facility experience is a plus, but not required.
-Weekend availability, with potential opportunities for weekday evening shifts.
