Member Service Rep-1 (Teller)

Member Service Representatives (MSR) are frontline heroes building relationships with members and helping them achieve financial goals by providing tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, helping members identify financial goals and providing tailored recommendations to increase well‑being. Conduct basic financial transactions, including cash handling, account opening/maintenance, and loan payment processing. Build and foster relationships with current and potential members grounded in trust and genuine interest. Promote local community outreach by investing in schools, businesses, and organizations. Educate members on innovative technology that offers banking alternatives, allowing them to manage finances anytime, anywhere at their convenience. Decisive: Act with confidence, providing clear solutions and goals when assisting membership. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Availability to work branch hours, including scheduled Saturdays. Ability to educate and promote credit union products and services. Meet or exceed individual and branch goals for referrals and closed sales. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Pay Information Grade 700P: $20.30 – $28.95 per hour. Position is eligible for incentive earnings based on overall performance. Benefits & Training Paid training will be provided.
