We are a well-established and growing GC that has been building for 30+ years. Project types include commercial, multifamily, educational, healthcare, industrial, retail, and more.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Director of Preconstruction.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Senior level preconstruction experience at a GC with a proven track record leading an estimating department
+ Experience with commercial or multifamily construction
+ Business development experience
