Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time Openings

Openings on 7a-3p and 11p-7a, including every other weekend

Location: Sandisfield, Massachusetts

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, Massachusetts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Berkshire Rehab is an award-winning 57-bed all-male skilled nursing facility with a large veteran population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Participate in planning and following individualized care plans

• Document resident care accurately and completely

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (or in the process of obtaining one)

• New graduates welcome!

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Schedule:

• $25 to $30 an hour, depending on the shift

• Shift differentials available for evenings, overnights, and weekends

• Weekly pay
