Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client. \n
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design and refine pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies. \n
- Document all client interactions, treatments, and assessments in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Employ evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by the clinical team to effectively address client needs and track progress. \n
- Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to our organization’s commitment to maintaining high standards of care. \n
You will work with a diverse population, including individuals coping with emotional distress, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and brain injury recovery. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting. \n
- License eligibility in Washington State is required. \n
- A valid driver’s license in good standing to facilitate potential client visits and outreach. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly. \n
- A strong empathetic nature combined with the ability to provide constructive guidance. \n
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and client care effectively. \n

- Experience working with a variety of mental health disorders and conditions. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information. \n
