We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an  OD Consultant opportunity with a nationally recognized healthcare system that combines cutting-edge medical innovation with compassionate, patient-centred care, offering rewarding career growth in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will evaluate the organizational impact of technology deployments, applications, and updated workflows . You will partner closely with strategic business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate technical changes into targeted engagement plans, leadership communications, and end-user adoption collateral that ensure lasting business results.

Your specific duties will include:

• Change Assessment & Planning: Conduct stakeholder, application-usage, and readiness assessments to identify people-related risks, resistance points, and performance gaps; build targeted mitigation and capability-building plans.
• Adoption Collateral & Messaging: Design and produce end-user and executive-facing materials, including change impact summaries, FAQs, talking points, training aids, and awareness campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with strategic teams to align business processes, system usage, culture, and capabilities with long-term organizational goals.
• Coaching & Engagement: Advise and coach leadership and team members through rollout phases to reinforce new behaviors and drive sustained adoption.
• Measurement & Frameworks: Apply standardized change-management methodologies and tools to track readiness, system adoption, and ongoing sustainment metrics.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain thorough records of stakeholder feedback, decision logs, impact analyses, and adoption outcomes in alignment with audit and compliance standards.

Required qualifications for the position include :​

• PROSCI certification is preferred or experience using change management frameworks.
• Master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience driving change management for digital transformations, role transitions, and application rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills to convert usage metrics and stakeholder feedback into actionable change strategies.
• Proven track record creating polished, executive-ready collateral, presentations, job aids, and targeted internal communications.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Advanced/expert proficiency with Microsoft products.

Pay Rate Range: $80.00 - $87.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
