With so much to do and see, Bloomsburg is a great place to live, work, and play!ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day manufacturing operations and help a team deliver safe, high-quality food with strong service, efficiency, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). As an Operations Supervisor, you will turn production priorities into clear daily direction, develop employees through hands-on coaching, and create an environment where team members contribute ideas, solve problems, and take ownership of results. You will partner across shifts, support SQF food safety and quality practices, and use standard work and best practices to strengthen processing and packaging operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop operations employees to meet expectations for personal safety, productivity, quality, food safety, sanitation, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, and SQF.Plan, organize, and coordinate staffing and production activities to meet demand requirements while balancing quality and cost.Manage and prioritize finished product, packaging, raw material, and work-in-process inventories to support production needs.Set clear expectations, strengthen accountability, and serve as a communication and problem-solving resource for employees.Maintain facilities, equipment, and operating systems in safe, sanitary, and functional condition while meeting regulatory requirements.Perform safety, GMP, and pre-operational audits, and ensure incidents, deficiencies, and emergencies are handled appropriately.Lead continuous improvement across safety, quality, yield, OEE, engagement, and processing and packaging efficiency.Implement operating procedures and recommend equipment improvements that support reliable performance.Support product, process, and material changes and help build systematic training and development plans for team members.Promote effective shift-to-shift communication and, where applicable, support practices consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.Why You'll Love This Role• Make a direct impact on employee safety, food quality, customer service, and manufacturing performance.• Build leadership capability through daily coaching, employee development, and team engagement.• Lead practical continuous improvement and see your team's ideas translate into better results.• Grow your experience across people leadership, production planning, inventory, equipment, quality, and food safety.• Join a workplace that combines big company opportunity with a small company attitude.QualificationsLocation & Travel Requirements• Work on-site in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.• Work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend.• Be mobile and able to take on broader assignments at other Post Consumer Brands locations for additional development opportunities.Education• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, management, science, or a related field preferredRequired Qualifications• Availability to work the stated 12-hour night schedule, including every other weekend.• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques.• Ability to take on broader assignments at other Post Consumer Brands locations.• At least three years of combined related experience, preferably in food processing or packaging.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in a Union environment• Previous supervisory experience.Success in This Role• Build productive relationships and inspire others through clear expectations, coaching, and follow-through.• Engage employees in decisions while reinforcing personal accountability and teamwork.• Communicate effectively across shifts and address personnel and production issues with sound judgment.• Adapt to change and consistently reinforce standard work, learning, and continuous improvement.Ready to Make an Impact?Bring your manufacturing leadership and continuous improvement mindset to a role where your decisions shape safety, quality, team growth, and daily performance.
