Pay : $23.00/hour

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, with flexibility to work a couple more hours depending on workload
• Full-time availability the week of 10/12/26 required
• Assignment Length: 1-month
• Start: ASAP
• Fully in-office

Overview : Our client, a growing data center infrastructure development company located in Downtown Denver, is seeking a temporary, part-time Office Assistant for approximately one month to cover a leave. The Office Assistant will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for:

• Keeping common areas, including conference rooms and break rooms, neat, tidy, and free of trash, as well as well-stocked with supplies
• Cleaning and running the coffee maker and dishwasher
• Monitoring trash levels in common areas
• Reconfiguring office furniture, including chairs and tables, for meetings approximately once a week
• Researching options for the company’s upcoming holiday party, including venues and events
• Assisting with collecting missing receipts for an expense-reporting backlog
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of experience working in a professional office setting
• Professional and customer-service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to conduct online research and maintain spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Ability to be on your feet and moving throughout the day as needed (the office has two floors)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed and assist with moving office furniture, including chairs and tables 

Dress Code : Business casual; nice jeans are acceptable.

Parking : Garage parking with a daily parking validation provided.
