Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

Fusion Home Services is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!

We are a locally owned and operated company specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, and Insulation services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  
  
• Schedule service appointments and book jobs.
  
  
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate business and schedule appointments.
  
  
• Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
  
  
• Assist with office paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  
  
• Work closely with our technicians and office team to ensure excellent customer service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
  
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
  
• Basic computer skills.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  
  
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
  
  
• Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) is a plus.
  
  
  
• Experience using ServiceTitan software is highly preferred.
  
  
  

Position Details:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
