Job Title: Critical Care RNLocation: Camden, NJDuration: 13 WeeksShift Details: 12hr Night Shift (36 hours/week) – Friday to Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Weekends Only Must have level 1 trauma, CRRT and EVD & Swan Experience

Job Summary

The Critical Care Registered Nurse provides high-acuity care to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting. This role requires advanced clinical skills, strong critical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly to life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in ICU
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient status continuously
• Administer medications, including IV drips
• Manage ventilators and life-support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and code situations
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

Patient Population & Conditions

• Adult critical care patients
• Conditions may include respiratory failure, cardiac events, sepsis, and post-surgical complications

Required Qualifications

• Must have level 1 trauma, CRRT and EVD & Swan Experience
• Active RN License (NJ or compact if applicable) – Required
• BLS and ACLS Certifications – Required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care/ICU experience

Skills Required

• Ventilator management
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Critical care medication administration
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment

Scheduling Details

• Weekend-only schedule (Friday–Sunday)
• No RTO allowed during the week of July 4th
