As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Signature Smiles - Brighton is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join its 7-person team. This growing practice offers a supportive, energetic environment where teamwork, reliability, and exceptional patient care are highly valued. They're seeking a dependable, hard-working team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive office culture. New graduates are welcome, and training is available to help you succeed.
This opportunity offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with a schedule that includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and rotating Mondays and Fridays. The practice offers $42-$48/hour plus a competitive bonus structure and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
