Job Description Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA/LBAs to join our team of professionals. As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing results Develop positive behavior support plans Oversee implementation of treatment plans Assist staff in day‑to‑day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementing behavior support plans Train staff in strategies to prevent target behaviors and use de‑escalation techniques Provide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as needed Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) title LBA certification Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities Spanish speaking Knowledge & Abilities Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially important behavior Using a team‑based approach to reduce the occurrence of problem behavior Serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Collaborating with team to create optimal environment for behavior change Effective written and verbal communication skills Additional Requirements Current NY LBA certification required or willing to obtain one Must be available for in‑person or hybrid cases within New York Experience supervising RBTs or BTs preferred Looking for full‑time or part‑time hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
