In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical quality, support our field clinicians, and ensure patients and families receive the highest standard of hospice care. What you’ll do - Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses, aides, and other caregivers - Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, and documentation - Support clinicians with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving in the field - Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, hospice regulations, and best practices - Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG team - Help drive a positive, supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way What we’re looking for - Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice - 2+ years of hospice, home health, or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred) - Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care - Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills Schedule & Work Environment - Full-time, exempt leadership role. - Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility based on client and team needs. - Participation in an on-call rotation as needed to support the team. - Primarily office-based in North Bergen, NJ, with routine field visits for supervision, support, and quality oversight.
