Union: AFSCME | 12-Hour Weekday ONLY, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Shifts | Overtime After 12 Hours
Pay
Weekday LPN Rates:
$27.05/hour (start)
$29.72/hour (with 6 years experience)
Weekend-Only RN Rates:
$31.81/hour (start)
$35.00/hour (with 6 years experience)
Shift Differential:
Nights: +$0.50/hour
Overtime:
Paid after 12 hours
Full-time (3×12-hour shifts/week)

ResponsibilitiesProvide and oversee resident nursing care
Assess, plan, and evaluate care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation
Support resident dignity, safety, and well-being
Communicate effectively with families and staff
Active Minnesota LPN license
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
