Insight Global is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist in Westminster, CO. This individual will support the marketing team by coordinating projects, managing operational processes, tracking expenses and budgets, and assisting with event logistics. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, vendors, and other internal teams to help ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include managing marketing assets and equipment, coordinating shipping and product demo logistics, assisting with swag ordering and inventory management, supporting administrative marketing functions, and helping maintain project timelines and documentation. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week. Compensation ranges from $25-$35/hour depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or related support roles

Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience supporting events, logistics, inventory, or marketing assets

Experience tracking expenses, budgets, invoices, or financial reporting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Plusses

Experience within the hardware, consumer electronics, or technology industry

Experience supporting product demonstrations, equipment shipments, or inventory management

Project management experience

Experience working with marketing vendors and swag ordering processes
