Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys a mix of technical work and people interaction? We’re looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our crew. This isn't just a "behind the scenes" role—you’ll be the face of our service department, helping customers get their equipment back in peak condition.

Whether you are already an expert with electronics or you’re a quick learner with a knack for mechanical repairs, we provide the environment for you to grow your skills and your paycheck.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Hands-on Stuff: You’ll handle routine maintenance and repairs, from sharpening clipper blades, and knives to troubleshooting simple electronics and wiring.
• Customer Connection: You’ll be the go-to person for our customers and vendors, answering phones and emails to keep everyone updated on their repairs.
• Precision Work: You’ll use measuring instruments to ensure every piece of equipment meets our high safety and performance standards.
• Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with the rest of the team to brainstorm solutions for tricky repairs and keep the shop running efficiently.
• Sales & Growth: You’ll learn our parts inventory and sales styles to better help customers find exactly what they need.

What We’re Looking For

• A "Can-Do" Attitude: You’re comfortable working with sharp objects, small machinery, and small AC/DC hair clippers and dryers and reading electrical diagrams (and you're willing to learn the ropes on the job).
• Problem Solvers: You enjoy figuring out why something isn't working and finding the best way to fix it.
• Safety-Minded: You take pride in a job well done and always keep safety at the forefront.
• Bonus Points: If you have interest in pets, sales, or a forklift experience, you’ll hit the ground running!

The Details

• Pay: $15–$18 per hour to start. We believe in rewarding growth—your pay can increase based on your experience, the training you complete, and your efficiency on the floor.
• Travel: Includes some limited travel throughout the year (a nice change of pace!).
• Growth: We are committed to teaching you the trade. If you have the drive, we have the tools to help you succeed.
