Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular/Cath Lab team in Beloit, WI. This role involves providing nursing care and clinical support during a variety of interventional radiology (IR) and cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Assist physicians with a range of procedures, including:
  • Cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology (IR) procedures
  • Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
  • Electrical cardioversions (ECVs)
  • Tilt table testing
  • Pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placements
  • Internal loop recorder insertions
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation, per protocol
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Document all patient care and procedural details accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call requirement: Minimum of 7 days per month

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (WI or compact state)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred
• Experience with cardiac and interventional procedures strongly preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Cerner experience is strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
