About the Opportunity

A high-volume, full-service steakhouse known for its bold flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and strong team culture is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in Flowood, MS. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent execution of brand standards
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to support operational efficiency and financial goals
Drive sales and profitability through strong operational controls and attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and performance goals
Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring overall satisfaction
Support ongoing training and development initiatives to build future leaders

Qualifications:

Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop large teams
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
