Construction Project Manager | Developer

We are looking for a Project Manager to join one of New York’s most dynamic and fast-growing real estate developers. Founded just over a decade ago by an entrepreneurial principal who cut his teeth as a project executive at one of the city’s most respected privately held development firms, the business has scaled rapidly to become a vertically integrated platform that spans development, construction, property management and brokerage. The Projects: Their portfolio extends across several million square feet of design-led mixed-use residential schemes across NYC, delivered in partnership with institutional capital. A typical project includes 50–100 units with a mix of Class A retail. Recent industry recognition has positioned them among the most active and well-respected developers in the city. The Role: You will be working as the Project Manager on an upcoming 100+ unit mixed-use residential development in Brooklyn, due to break ground in late 2026. The business is vertically integrated and self-delivers on select projects while appointing top tier General Contractors on others, so you will gain exposure to both delivery models and have genuine influence over how the project is run from pre-construction through to handover. You will be based at their New York office with increasing site presence as the project progresses through delivery. A successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering ground-up multifamily schemes in New York, ideally coming from either a leading NYC residential developer or large well-established General Contractor.
