Location: Camden Point, MO Company: Longistics Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Route Type: otr Start Date: ASAP About the PositionHOME EVERY 2 WEEKS WE KEEP YOU ROLLING!We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team Drivers. Pay: Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID Mileage: Most teams average 5,0005,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!) Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days What We Offer: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Per Driver) $2,500 Referral Bonus Quarterly Safety Bonus for safe driving Company-Paid Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance $0 out of pocket weekly! No deductible Paid Time Off: Earn 2.31 hours weekly (equals 3 weeks per year) Starts Day of Hire 11 Paid Holidays (Starts Day of Hire) Extra Pay: Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap) Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops Breakdowns & weather delays covered Orientation pay: $500 Bonuses: Clean DOT inspections, driver recognition programs Per Diem offered Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic Technology: E-logs, Omnitracs, Best Pass/PrePass 100% No-touch freight Pet-friendly Weekly direct deposit pay 401K with up to 6% match Employee Testimony...Longistics is the best!
