Fulfillment Center Associate (ICQA II)

Adecco is hiring immediately for Fulfillment Center Associates (ICQA II) with a local client in Buckeye, AZ. Weekly pay starts at $21.69 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

In this role, you will conduct audits across distribution centers and off-site facilities to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving process discrepancies, performing QA audits using DC process knowledge, and supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy. You will also maintain RF equipment functionality, generate audit reports, collaborate with team members, and assist with special projects as needed.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or ICQA experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and related applications), experience using RF equipment, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a warehouse environment, and operate PIT equipment.

Available Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Pay Details: $21.69 per hour
