Field-Based Behavioral Health Advocate - Watertown, NY

Optum is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate to coordinate case management for adult Medicaid members in and around Watertown, NY. This field-based role requires 80% in-person meetings with members and 20% remote work, with permanent residency in the Watertown area. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
Required NY licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LP) and 2+ years in mental health, plus travel across the territory. Office tools like Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams are used daily.
