Full Job Description Established West Los Angeles law firm seeking attorney with at least 3-4 years of experience in probate/trust/inheritance litigation. Experience in business litigation is also desired but not a requirement. Great team environment with benefits and substantial upside. We will keep all inquiries and resumes confidential. We are seeking a skilled Attorney with at least 3-4 years' experience to join our legal team. Experience and/or a book of business in trust/estate, probate, real estate and/or corporate transactions is highly desired though not required. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop a broader practice Qualifications Solid academic record with law school degree Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Detail oriented Familiarity with State and Federal Rules Responsibilities Take direction and assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation (conduct/defend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, attend hearings, etc.) Effectively manage concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy Analyze case law and public law Compensation Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits Free parking Health insurance Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Teksky
