Commercial Sales Representative

The Impact You'll Make As a Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of our brand to business clients. You’ll identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. Your work will directly fuel our growth, strengthen our market presence, and help our clients solve their roofing needs. What You'll Do Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend the right solutions. Present proposals and product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI. Track activities and progress in our CRM (Service Fusion) to ensure accurate forecasting. Stay informed on construction projects developing in NM. What You'll Bring Proven track record in B2B or commercial sales, ideally with experience in roofing but willing to train the right person regardless. Strong consultative selling skills - able to listen, diagnose, and propose tailored solutions. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and virtually. Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies. Resilience, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
