Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Internist or Nursing Home Physician to provide comprehensive medical care in a multi-specialty practice in Westchester County, NY. This role offers a competitive base salary with significant additional bonus potential and a full benefits package. Residents, fellows, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, social workers, and families to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Participate in care conferences and family meetings.
