Desired Background and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State (required)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, especially with moderate to severe disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Comfort traveling between multiple school sites throughout the week
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K–12 students with a broad range of physical needs
• Deliver skilled PT services at multiple campuses, promoting safety and access to learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations to team members and parents
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
• Provide training, support, and consultation to school staff as needed
