Charge Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery Center

Join our team at Regenerative Spine and Pain Specialists in Fayetteville, GA as a Charge Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical services, training staff, and ensuring the ASC operates smoothly. If you are a dedicated nursing professional with strong leadership skills, this position is perfect for you.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Direct, staff, train, plan, organize, and delegate clinical services in the ASC daily.
• Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures in accordance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation status.
• Collaborate with providers to select, train, and develop staff members.
• Establish a culture of teamwork among ASC staff and providers.

Required Skills:

• Experience in ALL areas of Ambulatory Surgical Center and Care.
• Knowledge of Pain Management or Orthopedic procedures.
• Care Planning and Medication Administration skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associates.
• Ability to travel to All locations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
