Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Develop and implement individualized and group intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to support student progress.
• Manage documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school district policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active OT license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain).
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Proficiency working with elementary-age children.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
