Distribution Analyst

The main priorities for the Distribution Analyst (DA) will be providing Strategic Analysis, Standard Reports, Non-Distribution Support, Point of Sale (POS) management, and Communication for Region, Vice President of Distribution (VPD), and Distributor Partner Managers (DPMs). Responsibilities Provide strategic analysis and insights for distribution strategies. Create and distribute standard reports to stakeholders. Offer non-distribution support across teams. Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems and data. Communicate findings and recommendations to Regional, VP of Distribution, and DPMs. Qualifications 2+ years experience in an analyst role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Experience in facilitating working relationships with finance leads at distributor partners. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to convert analytics into actionable insights. Sales orientation with understanding of sales drivers and the connection between data and sales execution. Strong communication skills and high level of organization. Understanding of core distribution roles and organization. Knowledge of retail landscape (local accounts, regional accounts, and national accounts). Comfortable in a non‑field role (approximately 90% office). Ability to work cross‑functionally with RBNA, Regions, and retailers. Comfortable with IT and technology solutions. High‑level understanding of RBNA reporting technology and capabilities, and Circana. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage.
