Recruiter

Duties and Responsibilities Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff. Train new employees and provide orientation assistance. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on websites and other sources. Negotiate salaries with candidates and external employees. Complete requested staff schedules pending authorization and assist with external employee time and attendance issues. Verify timesheets against schedules and adhere to client confidentiality. Rotate shifts for the on‑call schedule. Schedule new admissions and provide non‑clinical information to caregivers. Manage client care schedules. Provide customer service to both clients and external employees. Perform all other duties assigned by the Recruiting Manager. Support and execute the mission, ethics, and goals of the company. Represent oneself positively and professionally. Adhere to dress code and arrive on time. Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated by the executive team.
