Location This is a hybrid position located in Houston. Candidates will be local to the Greater Houston area. Relocation is not available. Duties and Responsibilities Works with software development, quality engineering, and documentation teams to design and develop (coding. Programming) features and capabilities Documents and tests new software applications Participates in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems Researches, investigates, and fixes a wide range of technical issues Ensures quality and performance assurance Proactively learns about new technologies Qualifications Education Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree with concentrations in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.0) Experience Preferred: Basic understanding of ASP.net, C#, Python, and SQL. Basic knowledge of DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment / delivery, configuration and containerization, infrastructure as a code, and monitoring.
