Housekeeping Aide
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Shift: Part-Time, Evenings with flexibility, Full-time 7a to 3p
Rate: $16.50/hr.- $19.16/hr. (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean, comfortable environment that enhances the well-being of residents.
- Floorcare projects (ex. Strip and wax projects and buffing projects).
- Assist with late discharge terminal room cleans.
- Assist with loading and unloading laundry.
- Vacuuming and shampooing of carpets.
- Sweeping and mopping of tv rooms and dining rooms after dinner.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively.
