Night Auditor & Front Desk Guest Services Lead

Crowne Plaza Riverside is seeking a Guest Service Agent at our Niagara Falls property. The role involves delivering exceptional guest services, conducting nightly audit tasks, and maintaining accurate room revenue reports. You'll manage security of keys and cash processes, handle balance discrepancies, and ensure compliance with fire and safety procedures.
