The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of customer projects by coordinating schedules, communication, and project details from start to finish. This role works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organize project information and ensure details are accurate and complete.
• Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates as needed.

Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for project-related communication.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Respond to questions and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Organization & Quality

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Help ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations.
• Support internal processes to keep projects organized and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, office administration, operations, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a service, construction, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or customer projects.
