Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Currently licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Indiana
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred, though open to those passionate about working with children and adolescents
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Able to onboard quickly and clear fingerprinting requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services
• Consult and coordinate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning and success
