Compensation Package

• Salary : Competitive, up to $80,000 annually, based on experience.


• Bonus : Profitability bonus opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $500,000, with potential for growth based on capacity.


• Handle daily tasks such as endorsements, renewal marketing, client communications, and billing inquiries.


• Provide support for quoting new and renewal business as needed.


• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.


• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.


• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with EPIC software is highly preferred.


• Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.


• Work Environment : Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office.
